You are the person who doesn't want to utilise the implemented interface in the right way.
Imagine by yourself if you are to play game match that never returns challenge to you and what could you achieve from that game match with zero challenge? What makes you to learn if you battling against or with those who are not challenging (may be the bad allies) to you? Technically, the game is improving your discipline levels too because you are playing by improving your BHS and CMS too!
Many players don't understand what and how the game systems are donating good returns for them instead they keep blaming the game systems when it comes to guilty actions by themselves.
Humans are cowards if they like to blame others while they are forwarding, unless they really quit that part of the world to move with new chapter of life.

Your own choice. Nobody is forcing you to play a "free-to-play" Dota 2 game as my explanation of comment #1 spoke about the REASONING that is always denied by a lot of people who don't want to accept the truths of life.
FYI, I have socialised with tons of people since my first day of joining this Dota 2 but I am not here to praise this game. These are all about the "reasoning" that runs with my life and how much had taught me many meanings of life.
I can see/know you are not using the main/original account because your Steam name proves it. You better live in this community with your main true identity if you want to get the best satisfying improvements for yourself that benefit your life while you are still living! - Learn to appreciate your available time before the Almighty takes it back!
Thanks for questioning the hardness (difficulty) of the challenges ~
