If they are the same rank as me, why don't they perform ROUGHLY the same?

Imagine Russians living in other areas other than Russia....not like there are thousands fleeing the country to avoid the war etc.
Also how do you know they were Russian? There are many countries that use cyrillic characters. Just for educational purposes cyrillic isn't even Russian, it is Bulgarian.
Anyway that aside, the obvious thing to do is play in a stack and counter the whole "I have Russians on my team wahhhhh" issue.
As for in game comms, just mute their mic and avoid the slav rap.... and yes there are many EUW players that do this, normally when they have been tilted. Sorry to bust your bubble.... a fellow euw player
I don't care what they are called, you can't really call them Slavs because that would include serbians and such. They write in cyrillic and speak a slavic language, who cares about terms.
You literally can not play with them because they disconnect so often we are at hardcore disadvantage, I lost many games because of it, and that's besides the whole communication issue.
It's not just "I don't like X people", this is GAME BREAKING. You can not play the game 4v5. We are at a point where you can don't get the offline and the enemy will instead. Is that what matchmaking devolved into?
And if you say "well you can win 4v5 games too" please just don't.
russian players only have realisticly options to play on eu or asia servers, depending on where they life, in the west or in the east of russia.
so if it really bothers you so much, then you should open a ticket and ask valve to make russian servers and not spam the community with this semi racist bs
aside from that, the worst and most toxic teammates i had so far were not from russia, but eu countries and/or fake flags in their steam accounts.
Nah not missing the point at all. You're missing the fact that people live in countries other than their motherland and should expect them to be on the same server as you if they live in that region. It is very backwards of you to assume that they will be like " hey I am Russian, I should play on my motherland server with 200+ ping".

You can play with them, because funnily enough there are thousands of people that do, so maybe the problem stems with you. They DC then press f9 and wait for them to return. You have comm issues then use the chat wheel and ping system.
There is no need to blame an entire nation on you having a few bad games and being unable to communicate, it is more an issue of you being unable to adapt to situations that are out of the norm.
It's not just one game, it's every game, that's the issue here. How come in league nobody disconnects in like 200 games but here it's every time?
Can you verify they're Russian? People from Ukraine and Belarus also speak Slavic.
To go off on a tirade about Russians in the game is stupid, even if they were Russian they're more than free to play in the regional server. If you have an issue with their dialect just voice mute them and rely on pings/chat wheel.
You can always go back to League if this is such an issue for you.
This doesn't mean anything. People who speak Russian language and use Cyrillic alphabet even if they are not Russians - have got exactly same mentality - so if he call them generally Russians he has the point.
Problem is they play international game on European servers and communicate in Russian language only. Most of the time griefing games ;) Sometimes smurfing Tinker or Arc Warden ;]
Go to Ukraine and say that. You're being borderline racist, for starters the cyrillic alphabet is Bulgarian not Russian, secondly 12+ countries use the cyrillic alphabet and 6+ speak slavik.
Also if they have the same mentality explain why most of the EU pro players are from these countries......you and many others really need to stop with this racism.

I do not have to go to Ukraine. Ukraine came to me ;) In Poland we have got plenty Ukrainian people who we welcomed really warmly and we gave them plenty support. Unfortunately you do not need tone of observation to clearly see the pattern behaviour of countries which we classify as post soviet.
Btw. You are using racism argument because you do not have any other arguments. That's all. I and many others play dota 2 long enough to have got clear view about most toxic, griefing and not speaking English players. The only good point of them is that I and many others can use fluently russian swears :)

I am using the racism argument entirely on your being racist towards alleged Russians, which on my behalf is 100% validated.
I have put 5.5k+ hours into Dota 2 god knows how many into the warcraft 3 mod and have coached many Russians and other nationalities yet out of all of that i haven't encountered many if any issues (other than the open mic slav music).
Also speaking English isn't a requirement, there is no tick box for English speaking to the best of my knowledge it is automatically selected.
So you complain about Russians being toxic etc then openly admit to using their language to swear at them..... hmmmm not very big brain are you?
