cant find match in rank NEW PLAYER old acc

so i just finished my 100hrs of games and im trrying to find match in rank 3 regions checked not a single match i tried waiting till 50mins no luck. whats wrong with my acc?

but what seems to be the problem why i cant find a match? in rank ? normal takes around 5-8mins of queu time

When the account is new, you can't find games because of the low behaviour

It is unlikely that the fact that you played several matches 5 years ago has any influence on the fact that you cannot find a game now. There have been quite a few posts over the past few days where people have complained about problems finding the game. Most likely this is some kind of problem on the servers.

same thing happened to me, I played on my friend's old acc so I could play with him. I got to play with him once then after the match we tried to findmatch again but after 30 mins there's still no match. The old acc is the problem. I suggest you make a fresh account if you're literally a new player which I doubt.

its same here for me after new patch , new acc , cant find ranked . after first 3 rank games. summery is 9 k for me
