Universal Heroes - Meme Build

So the last minipatch increased the damage that Universal heroes get from 0.6 to 0.7. Now I basically just build 1 Bracer, 1 Null Tallisman, and 1 Wraith Band, and then start building Linkens, Skadi, Scepter, etc.

Every Ultimate Orb I buy is 21 damage, which is basically half of Crystalys, PLUS whatever that finished item gives me. Am I wrong are can you basically just build straight stats on Universal heroes now and do pretty good most of the time?

Do your hero even need right click damage?

Items can give you utility. Something you couldn't do before.

You can buy aghs for example that can be very impactful and give 10 to all stats and mana hp on top.

You can get aether lense to get your opponents from the safe distance.

And so on.
