Disassemble Vanguard?

Vanguard is a very weak item.
The damage block scales horribly into the lategame and is hard to build, with 2 of the components being from the secret shop.
Whats more, we can't disassemble it to make it more useful to build into Heart for the lategame and maybe Battlefury for heroes like Anti Mage.
I suggest we are able to disassemble the Vanguard which would make it a far more useful and viable choice for many heroes.
Yes, some of you may claim that Vanguard is good on heroes like Axe, but a Sange scales far better and can even be built into a Halberd which renders right-click heroes like Huskar useless for 4.5 seconds and has a 30s cooldown, which is fantastic.
The Halberd is also much easier to build than the Vanguard, all its components can be purchased from the main shop.
The Vanguard's damage block only is useful <20 mins into the game and very bad lategame where carries do 300 damage every shot.

There are reasons why it's not possible to dissassemble it, just like certain other items. Anyway, nobody reads stuff like this here except players. Go to dev forum.

I want to hear the opinions of the suggestion before I move onto the dev forums. You mentioned that there are reasons why not to disassemble it, why don't you list me a few?

It would be completley overpowered in early stages of the game and would be a part of every strength hero build. Therefore it would render many other items useless in the early stage or never used in most if not all builds.

Take note that Vanguard isn't useful on all strength heroes, like Io, Tidehunter, Sand King who can't afford to farm these items. The Vanguard is meant for carries. Right now, I can't think of any other hero other than Axe who would build a Vanguard.
