Input delay

Hey people
So since the new Act III came out, every time i start the game, at the beginning of the game (first 40-50 seconds + picking phase) i get massive delays for about 3-4 seconds. My ping is absolutely fine (between 50-70). Then everything goes well for about 15 mins then it keeps happening in the fights and such just randomly. It doesn't seem like its internet connection (actually im sure) because i tried playing over the mobile data (worked perfectly before) and it keeps happening again and again.
Any tips and possible solutions will help (especially if someone has already experienced such thing).

i've been spamming that issue here in discussion and yet the devs wont do ♥♥♥♥, i've experiencing that issue since the update. It such agony to play i decided to play if got updated, there's no solution on this issue its just the error coding of the devs. I guess i need to touch some grass from now on

You know what's even funnier is that I directly contacted steam support for help and they didn't even bother, telling me it's problem with my internet and graphics 🤣🤣

my ping is at 20-30 still have the same issue. now im at 44 mins ban was able to press accept on time tried -vulcan tried to -novid and other speeder things update graphics card et al my ram is at 8gb. its this update.... its sooo bad. did the same thing reported it. im using two accounts just to play still soo annoying.... getting this bans.

AMD bro, Valve obviously is paid by Intel so wcyd (specifically something with bus lines usage on AMD socketed MB)
also, en avarage there are 178 syntax errors every world load. So much to y'all bashing those who do not load...
Game is technically in horrendous state. Old engine milked to the brim with concurrent marketable objects... And on top of that unhonest payable pseudohuman devs who do not drip the truth, because of their job. Despisable behaviour.

Also, as far for a solution, since I am obviously a Valve employe so I help repair their products:
try Vsync, I know It is bizzare advice, but in the end Vsync (and Its upgrades/equivalents) limits and kinda rationalizes data bandwith throughout assigned bus line.
ps: driver forced Vsync not this in the game

I checked my internet connection and this beta shiettrash 2 was downloading something at 20-40Mbps every time I started the game which was causing delays, also ping raised to 100-300
