Several effects have been clarified and updated with the 7.36 patch, such as knockback and leash. Force staff does not work anymore on leashed units. And some spells have been re-written or updated accordingly, like the level 20 of Nature Prophet (leash in Sprout, preventing to use force staff in Sprout). Same for new facet from Faceless Void, Time Zone. Units in the time zone are considered as leashed (even if no leash is visible).

If a pushed unit is leashed by Pounce, the leash gets instantly broken upon cast.

However, if a pushed unit gets leashed after cast, it cannot push the unit further than the maximum radius.
