I need help with my missing pudge and juggernaut skin

I just bought a few of the 13 crownfall collector's cache set. After opening up a few, I finally got the pudge and juggernaut skin. I was so ready to play and equip. But for some reason its not in my inventory. The only place i could see that I collected it was under steam browser Dota 2 "workshop" icon and it shows "items that i have collected or accepted.

I find every way possible like checking if someone login into my account and traded away, pretty much I google every way possible to solve this issue. its be a day or 2 since steam support and I am honestly getting out of patience. What can I do I honestly don't know. I spend like a good $150 and above to get it. Its quite depressing.

Highly recommend you contact Steam Support for any help with an issue that comes from your account because Steam Support has the credentials information of your account where better investigation or review can be made by Steam Support only. Nobody in this forum can help you to resolve the issue as mentioned. Hope it helps.
