For those with input lag issues since 7.35c

The input lag (delay in mouse input) was bugging the hell out of me (constant 240fps) and ping between 19-23ms with no packet loss. I tried verifying integrity of game cache, tried uninstalling reinstalling, tried doing a clean install of Dota 2 settings, realised it's only in this game. So I searched elsewhere, on Reddit I found a couple of threads discussing the same issue and on Github and Reddit there was a Dota 2 Dev aware and working on the problem link with thread and the Dev: https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/1ax3o3l/input_lag_still_present_after_patch_735c/

This explained a little more about the issue for me but unfortunately wasn't a fix. What did fix it is this: https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/18ffzp6/script_that_may_fix_issues_you_are_having_with/

You can check the comments and see what the script is before trying it yourself, all it does is get rid of some steam/dota 2 settings so it resets it. Fixed it for me, and just tried a Turbo in Us East where I have 90+ ping to see if problem is still there, completely gone, just take a screenshot of your video/sound settings before you do this because it will reset them, my hotkeys were still there but just take a screenshot just in case.

problem, as I see it, is simple: valve is bad company

i remember when dota had 30GB, I was like: why its so big?
its clear for me,,,every day it will be worse

same as with good company they do better

hey could u be more clear, i dont understand how to run the scrypt, do i run in the dota 2 console? or the dota 2 launch options? and what is the scrypt idk what i need to control c and control v, thx a lot

Copy the open the pastebin link in the second link, copy the text, put it in a text file save it as something.bat then open it.

"play dota" , then "custom lobbies" ,,, then "create"
then "start game"

I didnt choose hero, disconnect

....
play :-)

I did say take a screenshot of settings, or I guess you could save your exec file elsewhere, but sorted it for me!

just click copy in the pastebin raw
save in a file ,bat
then click to run the file
and then open dota and test it right?
