Don't know how to play Sniper the best

Shadow blade is for low level pubs, suppose thats your levels anyways ( no offence). My build would be boots>aquila>treads>manta>desolator>daedalus/butterfly/mjollnir/linkens(depends on game)

Indeed, I said SB because it's the best to start with, with experience, you can take smth else

Treads/Shadow Blade/Maelstrom/Crystalys/Daedelus/Mjolnirs/Deso. Mjolnirs are exceptionally good for attack speed and AoE damage with the chain lightning jumps and the best part is, they DO stack with pretty much any other attack modifiers. When the lightning doesn't proc - your other attack midifier (such as deso) will be active. The mjolinir chain lightning will only kick in some of the time in any case.

Early game you should go mid unless there a much better mid hero (pudge, sf etc). Try to harass the enemy as much as you can and prioritize headshot over take aim. NEVER. LEVEL. YOUR Q. after your headshot and take aim are maxed ( considering you take assassinate at level 6,11,16) you should go stats. the only situation where you would take your q would be a silencer or rubick on the enemy team.

Deso + mjollnir works. mjollnir only overrides desolator when it procs. you dont need to refresh the debuff every attack so it works just fine.

With pseudo random, it's better to take attack speed to take advantage of the "headshot" plus a little dammage buff such as daedalus

When you reach level 6, dont assassinate a target with like 350 hp (assasssinate deals 355). take magic resistance in account, use it on people with around 250 hp or less for a guaranteed kill unless someone does something fancy. this is why you harass the enemy alot, so you can get assassinate kills when you hit 6.

Sniper is a ranged creep, not a hero. The best is to stop picking this ♥♥♥♥ and play normal heroes.

using the build i specificied, you would need a good team to protect you therefoe shadow blade is usually better for low level random pubs. Eitherway, in the mid game you should be going for kills and farming whenever things calm down. finish off enemies with assassinate but do not steal from hard carries on your team such as phantom assassin or anti-mage, they need it alot more.

Sniper does 266 dmg with assassinate at level counting standard magic resistance. So do it when the target has only 1 bar of HP left

In the late game you will become a minigun that shoots pure death although you are very fragile. Linkens is a good durability item to build on sniper as it boosts every stat and gives you a nice single-target spell block. You can go bkb instead if the enemy is full of nukes and linkens just wont do. If the enemy doesnt have that many nukes and instead phys damage, heart/butter/halberd is the way to go. Do not stand in the front lines and just hide until a fight happens, when everyone focuses someone, start shooting people.
