Yes Ancient is the highest. Only the Defence 2 war dog has Ancient quality and worth around 700 keys or ~€1200 last time I checked.

Might have to check current prices for more accuracy though.

I know this is kind of petty of me but please check before you say Ursa Alpine set in ancient when it is infact, Immortal.

This is indeed the only Ancient quality (and highest quality) in the game.

Whether other items are worth more such as GBR or PBR is irrelevant to the fact that this has a quality all of its own.

There are a few arcanas available to buy and currently go for anywhere between 10 - 17 keys.

There is only 1 ancient item in the game. The defense 2 war dog. It is worth considerably more. The layout of that website doesn't actually reflect the true rarity.

How can arcana be rare if you can buy it and Ancient be less rare even though there is only a few hundred D2 dogs in existance and never anymore to be made.

They may list Arcana as more rare but its just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tbh.

It's not anything to do with that website, but how drops are made eligible in DotA2. Ancient is unlocked at Lv12 then Arcana at Lv15.
