Dota- Counters to Legion Commander?

Just curious if you guys have considered any specific heros that counter legion commander, i've considered naix (obvious) ursa (obvious) big nuke heros like lina and lion, to kill her well dueling, etc, opinions?

Just played a game with naix and void vs LC, (me as naix, pub as void).... 40 minutes in with only 90 ish extra duel damage, and gave away about 50 to void, 20 to me, void seems, as lategame, an incredible counter with his bash and evade passives, naix holds his own very well once you pile on attack speed and armlet

Abbadon is also good :P in fact its the hero that i've seen so far causing more trouble to tresdin players then anything else.

yeah, abaddon has been mentioned so much in this thread, havent had the right team to try him against LC yet though, and not many people are picking LC now that shes been out for a bit and people have figured her out

I tried with Drow and it ended up pretty nice, harass her a lot early on and when you reach level 6 and have your ult./passive spam the hell out of your first from a safe distance. Sniper is also pretty good as he can ministun from long range before having to engage her. Generallay most ranged heroes are good vs Legion Commander.

Abbadon has his ulti , and when you play your cards well you can bait LC to duel you ( assuming the Tresdin player has no brains ) , Abba tanks rather well with a decent build and afterwards when even if borrowed time doesnt kick in you can safely ( depending on the situation ofc. ) go for Tresdin ... its a very situational hero and most people just use duel left and right while forgeting that if you fail.. lol its thx for teh damage bonus :D

Omni works aswel, Void with a decent build and his ulti can also rofl stomp her, and basicly any hero that can sap Mana as Tresdin has relatively low mana.

I have a theory (I haven't been able to verify, so take this with a grain of salt) that razor is actually a decent counter to legion. if you can land a static link before she duels you, it should result in 5 seconds of damage steal. however, very few (if any) of legions attacks are single target, so maybe not. generally, any melee hero with high DPS is a good choice, or heroes that can wait out the duel. also heroes that are relitivly independent are good, as most of legions spells scale with the number of foes around.
Heroes i might suggest include:
most carries (if well farmed with high DPS)
solo mid and ganking heroes like blood seeker, night stalker, razor, ect...
any hero with a passive chance to stun

You meen static link before or after duel? If im not mistaken Duel would disable static link, BUT , if it doesn't its a pretty good counter imo.. even if Razor survives its a nice counter to LC.. good ideia, gotta try it out. :)

I found that you want higher damage and lower attack speed against Legion because of her lifesteal proc, if she has 1500 hp, you can do it in 15 100hp hits, and she has a good chance to lifesteal, or you can do it in 5 300hp hits, at which point she might lifesteal once if lucky... maybe twice... but then shes wrecked. Tiny should be considered, also rooftrellen/treant protector to shield whoevers being dueled

Yeah, I've seen Abaddon mentioned a lot. Duel doesn't disable his ulti from passively activating, and the duration is only barely less than the duels. So basically, Abaddon gets insane heal during the duel and is basically invincible.

From my experiences of playing her, Doom is fantastic against her then again so he is with everyone. Find people who can nuke her down to a certain threshold so the duelist on your side wins. I haven't tried it with Axe and Culling Blade to see if the Duel can be ended with that.
