I do own a razor naga and have a macro set for it where i can just hold one button and i can win any courier tug of war just by holding my one button on my razor naga. i could even have it set where pressing the button repeats the macro recorded, and then pressing that button again shuts it off. so i win any tug of war with couriers with no effort, while the guy i am battling the courier for is rapidly pressing buttons breaking his keyboard amd/or his mouse and/or his joints.
Personally I have my abilities set as qwerf (undecided on the last one), and by items 123456. When playing, I move my most used active items closest to 3 as possible, as they're just easier for my fingers to reach, as I normally have my index finger on R, so it's not hard to shift quickly.
I also have level up on G, stats on D, stop on S and manual attack (to deny) on A, select me and crees on V, select me on SPACE and select just creeps on B, and voice talk as T.
If I were to map it out, you'd see a very logical set of keys used that take up one one portion of the keyboard, with no key outside of this being used.
