But you reminded me to start playing AM again.
When it comes to escaping, so are invis heroes a classic, but I would say Slark can be the most annoying one to get a hold off.
Mirana, Slark - Leap
QoP, AM, Puck (kinda) - Blink
Windrunner, DS, Lycan (not recommended) - High movement speed
Vengeful Spirit, DK, OD, Lion, Shadow Shaman, Sand King, and more - Reliable stuns/disables
Omniknight - Slow aura + heal + magic immunity + Physical immunity (not recommended)
Clockwerk - Cogs to block paths
Phoenix - Dive + free movement with beam
Batrider - Free movement
Lifestealer, Juggernaut - Magic Immunity
Storm Spirit, Earth Spirit, Ember Spirit - Flee over cliffs/too remnants
Vengeful Spirit - Swap
Some item options: Blink Dagger, Force Staff, Linken's sphere Shadow Blade.
Not recommended = an ability that shouldn't really be used to help just you escape.
In short it is extremely difficult to kill a good morph player
