I think he means the items that come with the merchandise (Demihero chest, etc).

If you want to know how to redeem it, click the redeem code button above the sorting options in your armory.

If you want to find one, some items on the Valve Store come with codes.

its not that its how to activate a product on steam and that game is dota 2 but i cant find this product code that they asking

As someone already said, the code is from physical items you purchased from the valve store that come with a code to unlock something in game. If you havent bought any physical items, you do not get a code.

The code comes with the item. There should be a little card in the package that has a numbered code on it. Of course, thats assuming you bought it directly from valve. If you bought it on ebay or something, you got scammed.
