Spectre is Phantom Assassin

I play Spectre and Phantom Assassin allot and I just realized... That both of them are kind of like the same.

I think that Spectre is just a manifestation of Phantom Assassin's darkness.

Let's look at their abilities

Spectral Dagger & Stifling Dagger
Both of them can be casted from long range.
Stifling daggers slows the enemy movement, but it's the complete opposite of Spectre's dagger which makes her faster.

Phantom Strike & Haunt
Haunt replaces Phantom Assassin's Phantom Strike.
Spectre teleports on an enemy globally almost the same that Phantom assassin can blink on an enemy when in range.

Coup De Grace & Desolate
Coup De Grace deals a critical strike, while Desolate grants true damage. Kind of like the same right?

Dispersion & Blur
While blur misses any attacks, Spectre returns the damage you deal to her, which also leaves Spectre unharmed, the same effect that blur does.


See? Both of the 2 are most likely the same with improved skills.

Anyone else agrees?

there's a theory in r/dota2 in regards to the event, and how PA looks with her arcana.

they say, to compliment Spectre's new voice pack, that Spectre is actually a different "future" of PA.

also, they have the same VA...

if u played warcraft original missions (i can't remember if it is frozen throne or wtever) u will find that spectre origin is actually a phantom assassin ULT

Are you really saying that you expect the typical Dota 2 player to not only have played Dota 1, but have played the majority of the mods?

iam just giving informations about where the creator got his ideas from,nothing else.
