Except for PA's blink... that is not as reliable as Blink dagger.
That is as realiable as qop, AM blink, you just need a hero or units behind you.

Ok, so maybe blink dagger tier?
it has a long cooldown, and you can't use it if you take damage.
the closest ability that's Blink Dagger tier is NP's Teleport.
12 seconds.... long coolddown
even 15 if you receive damage.
blink is not a "noob" shadow blade for people who does not have a sh.it of map awareness.
Is a tool to position yourself a lot easier and better during fights.
Of course can be used as escape mechanism, but if you are the classic sniper who does not watch your flanks or the classic cringe garbage carry who does not wanna move never of your lane even if you see supports rotating to your lane, so blink dagger is not your item.
