[SOLVED]Dota 2 : Double click left mouse to cast spells

since windows 8 update my dota controls are missed up , for a point target abilities i.e i have to double click on the left mouse button (click twice) to cast it .
it is missing up the game specailly for heroes like meepo i can't just iterate over the meepo and use poof quickly .
what is the problem ?
i reinstalled steam and dota 2 but didn't work .

Try to use quick-cast, should help.

i don't think that it is a specific control problem (like auto cast quick cast ...), becuse if i go to the settings and try to change the spells hotkeys also there i have to click each spell two/three times to be able to change it . i think it's something to do with game graphics or input stuff

solved it : windows slide right -> settings -> change pc settings (down) -> pc and devices -> mouse and touchpads -> under touchpad - set delay to zero (no delay)

same problem but i dont have "touchpad" in the mouse setting bcz it disctop not laptop ??! what i have to do ??? and the problem start after i buy a new mouse and its work perfect everywhere except dota 2
