Essentially, he's been nerfed every patch since like two years ago, due to being an utterly absurd hero.
This seems to be the problem. Why was he so absurb before? And surely that is no good reason to kill the hero. Seriously, maybe I was playing him wrong but it was like he didn't exist.

this is the worst for me, i loved bat so much he was a great jungler and farmer but then....stupid patch....
He's still a cool hero to play but he totally lost his OPness...
