His 3rd abil is very good early harass (very powerful on weaver too combined with his passive)
Your second abil is slow and vision, put these behind the enemy and then cast the first abil on that hero, for a big chance to freeze him. if you have a very good farm , early or rush for scepter will make a big difference,
Arcane is a must
eul scepter of divinity works very well with the first abil - cast first abil on enemy hero , use eul on him, and once he got down, he is instant frozed.
his ultimate stops EVERY KIND OF HEALING, FOUNTAIN, MEKANSM , JUST EVERYTHING
cooldown is 40 seconds too. sometimes i even use this to push creep wave. and gather some money.

First cast cold feet, and then use chilling touch as CK uses his stun/rift on the opponent. If you time it well it is literally impossible for even the fastest of heroes to run out of the cold feet radius (barring escape abilities). It basically guarantees a kill even with a one-second stun from chaos bolt.
Keep some clarities around for your mana-hungry CK. Once he gets some early feed thanks to your supporting he'll be able to start wreaking havoc around the map. Your job at that point is to get wards up, help him out with your cold feet, and toss ultis into teamfights and retreating foes. Work towards your agh's once you've got arcanes, but remember that wards come first!
Best of luck with your hero challenge.
