How do i counter skywrath in lane?

Basically nothing, there's a reason Skywrath is essentially the best support in the game right now. That's what Skywrath does, in addition to having an absurd gank.

Someone like silencer
You can burn his mana and force him to use spells
You will take some hits but without mana Sky can't do anything early lane to harass apart from autoattack

The issue is your offlane silencer is going to die or stay at level 1.

honestly his harras lvl 1 is bad.. lvl 3 when he puts 2 points in his Q it's semi good.. he can't really nuke untill he has Q at lvl 3 and ult present.. he can still gank and roam lvl 3-4 tho, with that silence and slow..

anyway. his armor is 0 and his hp is low.. just pick someone who can outharras him, he won't try to get near you if you put enough pressure on him

dunno what silencer you've been playin with, but silencer can beat skywrath in a harassing match.

This or heroes with good survivability at the start like Viper or Axe, get into Sky's face and make him run.

If he's having issue with an offensive trilane Skywrath the issue isn't "Skywrath keeps harassing me"
