False promise and Culling Blade
I am curious, what will happen if Axe dunk someone effected by False Promise(Oracle Ultimate).

Culling blade will kill them if they are at hp threshold.

Next question, if Oracle used False Promise on Juggernaut and he took enough damage to die, before the False Promise expires he used Omnislash. Will he die or keep slashing?

it will only do dmg after the uity is gone and it will not kill ya enjoy
