Pet Peeve: People who say "EZ mid" when winning despite getting stomped in lane.

This seems to happen frequently; I win mid lane against my lane opponent, but when they win the game later on they say "EZ mid". The most recent example was a game yesterday where I was playing StandIn on a friend's team, and went mid Magnus against Outworld Devourer. Against a decent opponent I expected to get crushed; clever timing of Astral Imprison would leave me permenently below the mana pool required to cast Shockwave, forcing me to use Shockwave to CS from out of range. However, I somehow get free farm, he rarely attacks me, and horribly mistimes Astral Imprison so that the mana pool restore actually RESTORES my mana and allows me to CS with impunity. I believe I solo kill him at least once to. However, we end up losing the game because our team had horrible coordination and we were arguing with each other from the start after a bad draft (our captain lost connection during drafting) and disagreements about laning cofigurations (Skywrath went offlane with Axe rather than trilaning with our Carry WK and SK). And then OD says "Easy Mid". WHAT?

Does anyone else have this problem? Absolutly crushing their lane, but then losing the game and being told "Easy [lane]"?

Ignore and just move one i think is the best way of countering this. No point in arguing or feeding the flame. Take a chill pill and relax. Its only a match so there'll be a winner and loser.

Thank you for the advice, next time I see someone I crushed say "EZ mid" I'll just register it as sarcasm. My "soul-pattern" is similar to Sheldon from Big Bang Theory (indeed, it was people like me who the character was based on), in that I have a hard time reading other's emotions, and I am prone to misinterpreting the emtion behind text.

How is this a problem? as an adult you should have a better temperament to not get annoyed by these kind of things. These days people have become so soft they want pretty much everything to be punished.
