You know those pics you find on sites like memegenerator? That's the font they use on those.

Also, I tend not to enforce rules here, but no naming and shaming allowed on forums.

The idea is that you can give your name a custom color by these tags. In DotA it doesnt work though, making them look like total idiots. Basically, if you see someone with such a name you know they're r*tarded.

When People spectate the game or look at the stats after, the HTML works. This means that their real name will be in the impact font.
