If you get on losing streaks, try switching to a different game. I like to alternate a lot between SMITE, Dota 2, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends, and some other miscellaneous games here and there, which helps prevent tilting since I won't continue playing the same game and adding on to the losing streak needlessly.

I feel it. it might seem like you're just getting stuck with bad players, but you might want to look at your dotabuff. find the times where your winrate is higher, and play ranked at those times. figure out which heroes you're best at, and try to stick to them. if you lose a few in a row, just back off. don't push it. your bitterness from the last few games might make you slip up, and you'll just lose more mmr.

Yes, it's aggravating. I was doing great and I've suddenly lost 7 out of my last 9 ranked matches:

I was on a roll with Storm Spirit having almost 70% winrate with him in nearly 25 matches (yes, i know 25 matches is not much of a sample but still...).
It's not who's bad or worse as a player - what does it for me is when there's no team coordination at all. This match was particularly bad in that aspect:

Only 2 team assists in the first 25 minutes. We managed to recover a bit afterwards, but it was already gg by then, especially with the nerf to the comeback mechanic.
I have come to notice you can tell the amount of teamwork and coordination in a match judging by the assists count.

I guess it will get better. Can't get worse I think.

my purpose was not to say how good i am but rather how bad my team mates are. in pubs a team might survive 1 bad player but 2 it's too much 3 it's an epic stomp. the same way sometimes i can have a bad game and still win. these streaks are just odd, it's like the outcome of the game is already decided in advanced.

You weren't the best player on your team in any of these games. Sure you could argue you didn't feed in the tree one, but you also didn't appear to do much either. That's half the loss streak. My only point is that whenever people post these rants about how they're always the best on their team, it's never true. I'll grant that you are often one of the better players on the team, and this is why you're winning more than you're losing, so I just wouldn't sweat it too much.
