Lowest base damage?

I am looking for a hero to challenge myself with in last hit practice, anybody know the hero with the lowest base damage with no items or abilities, or just plain hard heroes to last hit as?

it has one of the fastest projectile travel speeds beat only by gyro and sniper

shadow fied is hard to get last hits if you have 0 souls.

I personally find CM to be the worst, combination of poor damage, horrible attack animation, and low projectile speed.
