Courier Effect

Anyone can tell me how can I make my courier effect such as burning, blossom, or else?

I have no idea. Sometimes my courier would be on fire or something.

Those are unique effects. Some come with the courier (like Jadehoof's ambient effect or recently the antipode courier's ambient)

the more spectacular ones (burning, blossom etc.) are found on unusual couriers. They come with a prismatic gem and an ethereal gem that give the courier an effect and a color.
They are pretty rare to find and as such, fairly expensive.

(most expensive Dota2 item ever was a pink ethereal flames ancient enduring war dog which sold for 39k bucks)

You need to drill at least 2 sockets in your courier (using Artificer's Chisel), then you need to get two gems of your choice:

1. Ethereal Gem[dota2.gamepedia.com] -- adds particle efect to your courier
   
2. Prismatic Gem[dota2.gamepedia.com] -- sets the color of your particle effect

You can get those gems at Steam Market, but be aware that because the gems are extracted from unusual courer which are kinda expensive. To extract those gems from those couriers people use Master Artificer's Hammer which is also kinda expensive. As a result those gems aren't cheap and the price range from several € up to over a hundred €

Then explain to me why my mythical courier called inscribed virtus werebear, is one fire on some rare occasions, and most times it is not on fire?

only unusual couriers have ethereal and prismatic and gem. Although some courier has built-in custom effect

visual glitch.. couriers change depending on to who they go. it must have bugged out and shown someone elses effetc on your courier

Although unusual couriers are worth the most, there are some with very nice effects that are not unusual and cost a reasonable amount. Such as a dolfrat or a leveled up grillhound. You do not have to spend a ton of money to get a flashy courier.

To add to that, some have no effects at all but you need to spend quite an amount to acquire due to how limited it is...like my...

For an unusual one, you open chests. They have an approximately 1 in 100 chest dorp rate.
The courier, the ethereal effect and the color will depend on the chest you open.

costs less than 1 euro and I really like the particle effects on it, especially on the dire side

Alternatively, you can craft a greevil with unusual effects. This is something of a middle ground, since it will cost you several euros to buy all the ingredients, but they have a nice effect which is more unique (and rarer) than a simple particle effect.
