Actually it doesn't pop linkens so you need someone to pop it for you.

It can't be poped by non-target spell,but getting dagon is stupid indeed.If you're going 1 vs 1 and the enemy is using linken,the best choice to disable it is to use some cheap utility item,such as forcestaff/atos/halberd

Linken's blocks any targeted spell, maybe not Omnislash but still it does block every spell not counting Jugg's ult.

Nope it doesn't, it blocks only the first slash but not the Omnislash.

linken only blocks omnislash's first slash, the following slashes continue. I've played too many jugg to know.
