Don't, because you should only be using servers for your region and language.

There is no language specific servers.

If you take your Ethernet cord that is attached to your modem and raise it up above your Computer Case your lag will go down.

This technique removes approximately 35% of the lag you encounter when you play on different servers. Should be pretty decent enough to play.

It's a siphoning effect. You can't beat physics.

If you play on the Australian server, its kind of expected you speak English. I'm sick of Chinese and Russians coming on to it, because you can't communicate beyond the limitations of the chat wheel. The specific lanaguage you select will try to put you in a match with other players who speak that language, its no wonder there are few Chinese people on the Australian server hence they must get matched with us English speakers. Stay on your own regional server so you get paired with other people your language.
Except the entire point of servers is ping, not language.

Ping is an issue, but language is another issue too, as you must communicate and the chat wheel is rather limiting. Again, I'm sick of getting Chinese players, and Russians who can't speak English, they aren't helpful due to communication barriers. If you stick to the regional servers, you will find other speakers of your language. Going to other servers, not only will you cause ping issues, you will cause communication issues too. That is why there is the language preference option, for the SEA server who has multiple languages on it.
You seem really angry that people aren't following your exact idea of the purpose of things instead of the reality of what they're there for.

I get angry at foreign people who shouldn't be on certain servers, for the two reasons - ping and language. That is what the multiple regional servers are there for.
