Blink Dagger good for Lion?

I had a Troll Warlord raging on the mic, telling me that Blink is not a recommended item, we lost the match and all the blames goes on me, typical...he even trash talked in my profile.

Its always good on lion, same as CM, but i buy FS 1st before dagger (cos FS can be use even being hit) unless i had good gold count which is very rare as a support...

I think it's situational. If there's a better initiator already, I think picking more utility items like mek, pipe and stuff is better. maybe even aghs if you have someone that can make the enemy team hug themselves like enigma or dark seer... but blink is quite neat to pop out of nowhere, stun people and finger them to death. creating an opening to the carry to kill... very nice.

I find myself enjoying blink dagger on Rubick as well.

Makes no sense. You blink to initiate, but if you initiate then you will be attack which affects the blink dagger. Unless you want to blink in and out for reason, it is illogical.
