Why Skywrath Mage arcana is so bad?

Hi, I love to play skymage
But new arcana is such a disappointment...
Firstly, it doesn't stack with immortals like wings. Why?
Was it hard to make head arcana, not wings? Or at least let me change the effects of first skill and ultimate(at this time you can't with arcana)
And what is very sad is that valve changed dota plus 25 level response for arcana
From this:
"From the Ghastly Eyrie I can see to the ends of the world, and from this vantage point I declare with utter certainty that this one is in the bag!"
To this:
"Keep your beak pointed at your own business"
The most beautiful long speech for default, and meaningless and dull for arcana.

Valve please rebuild.
