I still think it's something from settings, not from my ISP.

now what did fixed it for me is buying a cheap usb wifi adaptor 7euros solved my problem it went from 120ms with constant lag spikes too 70ms stable. If u dont want to buy one just borrow one from a friend also try disable ur ethernet card when u dont use it for somepeople it helped hope u fix it mate. let us know...
