How do you Counter Axe in early game?

When an enemy picks Axe, they will go "Huehue" Axe, and go behind the first tier tower to kill the wave of creeps, I hate those fking Axe players that does those troll moves, how do you stop them?

Ursa destroys axe from the laning stage to end game. it is so funny seeing an axe buy blink dagger then become too afraid to blink and initiate as you destroyed him in 3 seconds the last 5 times he tried it .

Won't be all that fast when you can't rape the lane like axe is wont to do, anyway an early BKB is crucial on Ursa in any match.

range hero right clicks are not enough
axe will try to get close to you and you'll just make him counter helix the wave faster
you need M A G I C damage, techies, or ursa
tanking the creep wave is not good because you're letting axe get free farm and levels so he'll come and kill your ass when he can
you can also pick a hero that can change axes position like earth spirit
or you can just 5 man gank him with magic damage

Me and my friend do this all the time and success im the support and he alway stay alive get his lane pardner and get him
