Average wait time is 60 minutes

Title says it all. I have only US East/West selected and it takes me on average, 60-80 minutes to find ONE match. Is there anything that can be done?

I refuse to use the auto-region feature as it puts me in Peru where 9/10 players are either so bad, they might as well be ai bots at zero skill level OR are so toxic, that they will sit back, watch you die and then mass ping/insult you for dying. Roles might as well mean nothing and everyone auto attacks.

Yes. queue for west EU.
you might have highping, but we are friendly and skilled people over here.

Shouldn't be that long. Average is 5 minutes or so. Low priority or behavior score might be to blame.
For me I queue 5 minutes to get into a game, and it fails to load, and I have to wait because of it. This is after queuing for bots first to preload the hero screen.
All started after the patch they introduced with the in-built screen recording feature. Ridiculous it hasn't been fixed.

Whenever people post complaints about queue times they should also post their BS score.

If your below 7k and queueing on US servers than yeah it's likely your times would be that long. If your above 10k then it should only be a few mintues.

I am at 4.2k. That must be it. When the new reporting system was implemented, I got reported to oblivion for anything, so my score is not good, at all.

I also tried EU West... Might have equally as bad as Peru...

Search for a game, take a bath eat and then go to your pc, that way you wont wait your so called 60-80 minutes
