Dota x Twitch, possibly a scam running via a streamer?

So i was just looking for a game or two on twitch and this guy popped up for me, with 10k views. I did see him couple times streaming.

he linked to this place, which asked me to disable my Steam guard,which is shady as hell.

Well,after a short while, that is as i was typing he was terminated off Twitch.

Anyway just wrote this here in case someone stumbles upon the site by mistake and in case you do see the streamer around again, so you can be vigilant. Hopefully Valve or Twitch will Cease and Desist just in case.

Edit - its a scam for sure. 10 minutes later a new viewbotted account came up after first one was shut down. Id assume its old recorded footage of the streamer.
