Camera moves on its own

So from time to time I have a huge issue with the camera. As I enter the game after picking the camera moves into a certain direction though I don't press any keys or use the mouse. If this happens, I have to move "against" this by pressing the camera controls into the opposite direction (using WASD for the camera, so if the camera goes to the right, I have to press "A" throught the whole game).
I'm not sure what causes this issue as it happens like 1/15 of the games and I can't reproduce it. Switching through the windows doesn't do anything, neither does unplugging the keyboard or mouse. Disabling any form of software also doesn't help.
I'm using a 2 Monitor setup. Also this appears to be the only game causing this problem.
As I didn't even find another person with this problem I'd also like to know if there is any form of command to reload the UI or any chance of restarting the game without abandoning it.

Since there isn't any form of help or ideas I'm pushing this topic.
I also tried the Dota 2 reborn beta, but the bug appeared in the second match. The game is unplayable since I have to push 1 or 2 buttons constantly and have troubles reaching other keys. Any ideas?

No. In fact it seems "fixed" since it did not happen again after some time. I will look up my settings and post it here so people can adapt and find out if it fixes anything, apart from that I'm sorry but I can not help out any further.

Sometimes my game does that too, and pressing the button for the direction its going (I use scroll wheel but when the bug happens, and lets say the camera is going right, i need to press the right arrow key), fixes it.

I'm really tired with this bug, years and patches passes, but bug still exists. This happens in my games few times a day, it's really annoying. You staying mid like on 2 minute of the game and your camera start moving random direction suddenly, like someone plug in additional keyboard to your pc and hold on arrow key forever. Only one solution i found for this is restarting dota. If this happens before 3 minute from game start, you can't pause, so your game ruined. PLEASE FIX IT!! This bug persist for YEARS! 7.36a

For me, I've fixed this by going to Options > Hotkeys > Advanced Hotkeys, and turning on "Allow Windows / Command key to be bound" setting under "Hotkey options" (third column, 3rd section from the top).

After I turned this option on, I can no longer reproduce the issue using the steps outlined above (which consistently caused it before).

I highly recommend turning this setting on and seeing if it helps!
