Blademail applies only to the holder, Lotus Orb can be applied to any ally. It mirrors the spell, and I'm guessing (get a second opinion) it counters the spells that are not refelcted by Blademail. Also, it reflects the spell, which should mean if its a stun, it should stun the caster as well as damaging them, whereas blademail will only damage them.

Yeah, and I forgot to mention that Blademail only reflects the damage, but Lotus Orb will reflect the spell, so you can return the stun and damge to them, not just the damage
