Keyboard Delay sometimes doesn't even respond.
I tried everything , changing batteries even the keyboard itself and still lags/delays or sometimes as i said doesn't respond completely . For example: I want to deny a creep I press "A" 5 times for it to work sometimes more or less.
I have a Lenovo Ideapad Y560 core i5 2.8 ghz with ATI radeon 2GB dedicated graphic card.
If necessary my keyboard is a Microsoft keyboard that comes bundled with a mouse and the mouse works perfectly. Please help !

It's happened to me a few times with Logitech keyboards as well. And only in Dota.

Possible you are getting packet losses, especially if you are playing over wifi. In this case, it would be an internet issue. Commands not registering are common symptoms of packet losses. You can check this by writing -ping in either team chat or all chat. It has to be exactly -ping, with the dash. Just type that into chat and you will see a little pop-up in the upper right corner that will tell you your ping and packet loss %. Your packet losses should be 0%. Anything else is not good and is a problem with either your internet or traffic between your computer and modem/router.

Pretty old and just to make it clear its not delay sometimes its really no signal at all. Like I press something and it never works.
