So for example, if your unranked MMR is 3000. You win 6, lose 4, lets say you win 100 mmr (this is guesswork, but it should be higher than 25, which is normal MMR gain/lose for win/lose) for each and lose 100 mmr for a loss, that nets you 3200 Ranked MMR in the end.
After that your games will give or take about 25 MMR, depending on you winning or losing the match.
It depends on how good you are, not how long you've played. Although usually people do get better with many hours invested but still.
