Good internet but still lag or high ping [FIXED]

Hello guys,
I have been strugling with issue which goes I got good internet ie. 40mbps but still having lags / high ping while playing dota 2 or other games. Basically I did a little research and here's an option which helped me and fixed my problem. I just had to change DNS to google public dns.
If you would like to give a shot to this option go to
Control Panel-> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Centre (look up for Connections and left-click it) -> Properties -> Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4) click Properties again -> General ->
