Does negative armour mean extra damage?
my next All Hero Challenge is Elder Titan, who can, potentially, remove all of an opponent's armour.
Never played this hero before, so I was wondering if AC's negative armour debuff, on top of removing all their base armour would result in extra damage being dealt.
Same question for magic resistance.

...I'm really not looking forward to playing this guy .-.

I'm not sure myself, but I'd think its just no damage reduction by armor, effectively zero armor, am I right?

negative armor does increase the damage dealt by physical attacks.
Combo up with slardar, venge, shadow fiend and dazzle for some massive damage

Negative armor means the damage (physical) is amplified rather than mitigated.

Eldar Titian can only remove additional armor granted by items. Armor from stats don't count and are not affected.

Magical resistance is hard to reduce, but the same effect applies.

Yeah, base stuff won't get removed
(It used to be the other way around, but I guess they thought 0 armor at 50 mins would be a little OP)

Try refresher and anything to increase your mana pool. 70% of the enemy's hp gone is pretty good in a team fight.

actually elder titan's aura only removes base armor (armor gained from agility, removes 100% of base armor and 33% of base magic resist at level 4)
it doesn't affect the additional armor gained from items and auras like cuirass etc.

also afaik base magic resistance of heroes are 28% titan's aura removes 33%
meaning it makes your base magic resist negative once you are within his aura range

i think this is the reason why they say elder titan has the best armor/magic resist reduction skill in the game.
the aoe is small but the effect is awesome.

I really don't recommend playing heroes just because they are in your hero challenge.

Oh, it's not just that; I only intend to play Elder Titan for this one game. I find the hero's potential very good, it's just that I know I wouldn't have the positioning skills to play him well.

My next is Storm Spirit, who I main anyway, so I'm just jumping through AHC when I feel like playing said hero.
