well that would be obvious but i mean just in lane and normal cus his 1st and 3rd skill do ridiculous amounts of dmg

When he spam skill, spam your skill too so you wont get disabled, thats what i saw many people who knows how to play do when i spam silencer skill on them

Get magic wand so you get free charges, very usefull item for free hp/mana against spamers

Other than that, use spamers hero like ogre magi, gank him, w/e...

get a hero with a spell that is extremely low mana cost and/or very short cool down with a decent mana pool against him. i think Skywrath is a good example.

wait til he uses spell on your carry then treat your Q as an auto atk, silencer has very good range with his spells so you need to make sure you have vision of him at all time. wards or someone like bloodseeker on your team not bad idea in this case

no. silencer is one of the top tier supports, he has best lane harass just from spamming curse of silent, and if the silencer is smart and carries lots of mana pots. each mana pot pays for itself cause you will drain that much mana from enemies in addition to damage them.

but the thing with silencer is the harass is such long range and the hit box so large, that no one can really counter harass, if the silencer knows how to play silencer he will never ever have any problems in lane phase, and silencer doens't need to build any intelligence items due to intelligence steal passive, even on games where silencer is not near many kills silencer will have the highest mana pool and intelligence just from his passive and no intelligence items purchased. so as such silencer can get good items like crimson and pipe and be really tanky have his auto attack still hit hard late game, and have highest mana pool despite no intelligence items. and silencer aghanim upgrade takes his ult from 0 damage and adds 1600 damage and 800 mana burn, which is by far one of the better damage increases on any aghanim upgrade, damage aghanim upgrade if you are using the metric of how much damage was increased. it turns his ult into a 0 damage ult into an respectable ult.

he is top tier, no one can counter harass his harass, it is the best harass in lane, and he has luxury of not needing to build intelligence items due to intelligence passive(even on games where he is not near alot of kills, pretty much every single game you won't need any intelligence items other than aghanims). and late game silencerr with no intelligence items can fight off carries with just auto attack and ult. he is a ridic hero. but i got bored of maining him along time ago, was just bored of being the sole reason my teams win, you know sometimes i hate always being the best. you know.

will not do jaxck against silencer. the more you cast spells, the more you would run out of mana. there is no counter for in lane silencer. you just take it up the arse, is what you do. and skywraith is food, sky wraith is good for 1 thing, and that is feeding. and silencer can counter blood seeker with teleport scrolls. but blood seeker is also top tier, and we should not compare silencerr with blood seeker.

you will run out of mana that much faster if you spamm spells, that is not how to counter silencer in lane. and silencer can get mana pots to keep casting q on you. silencer will win that b attle.
