Him having to personally come out like that is super super rare.
And him having to publicly fire someone who went over the line too much is not that same as having intimate knowledge of the patches, and being able to go around telling strangers.
I'm not trying to sound aggressive here. It's just off.
It's not a balance patch, it's a bug fix. It's not a secret. There's even a forum dedicated to bug reporting for upcoming Spring Cleaning 2016 since like, early this year iirc.

I've decided not to spend another cent on this game until it's fixed and i reccomend others do the same. I don't see what else we can do, researching the problem it seems this goes back to beta (where it worked for a while until it accidently got broken....). I have had this monitor a week and I love it in other games I've tried (especially WoW) but i'm very rapidly getting fed up with Dota2. I feel truly sorry for the early adopters of the 21:9 aspect ratio.
