Octarine Core on Silencer ?

When Silencer gets a agh's the current lvl of Curse of the Silent is placed as a debuff on enemy heroes when he casts his ult. what i would like to know is does this also count as damage that can trigger the life steal feature of Octarine Core should silencer get one ?

yes it will trigger. even doom can heal from his ultimate

Now let say you cast Curse of the Silent on a hero and activate your ult with agh's does the Curse of the Silent stack or does it trigger two instances of lifesteal ?

1. he doesn't need that much mana. his passive intelligence steal means even if he isn't doing that well, by late game he will have already a higher mana pool than everyone else in the match, WITH OUT NEEDING TO BUILD AN INTELLIGENCE ITEM. for this reason i can opt for crimson, pipe, or what ever tanky or offensive item i want, with out needing to worry about more intelligence items after aghanims. i will have more mana than any other hero regardless. and building a ton of mana on him is not efficient, you should learn what mana management is, and build stuff more beneficial to actually winning team fights.

2. he won't ever get that much gold, so you are better off filling your 6 item slot with cheaper efficient items, and then as very last item after you won the game pretty much can try to see if you can get an octarine core.

and you can always test this in a custom lobby with cheats. which is more reliable than forums.

i hear what you saying but my issue here was that i wanted to understand how octarine core interacts with Curse of the Silent and Nortrom's ult with a agh's but i get the statement your making in regards to mana management of which that is a whole other topic on its own.
