Most expensive drop in dota2?
im kinda new in the game and i was wondering what is the most expensive stuff u can get by drop after a match. my friend got a legendary drop on his 2nd game which was only 0.26$ but i saw mythical rarity items which were more expensive.

you may get arcana, i don't know if the other expensive ♥♥♥♥ drop (some droped because of an error from valve side and they fixed it)

More like $20-$35. The most expensive item is probably the Alpine Stalker set for Ursa. $1200, but not obtainable through drops.

heard from a caster that it was 35k, I guess at that point 1k-3k more is somewhat meaningless for such stupid cosmetic, imo.

The courier didn't cost that much, it was the gem that it made the courier valuable. Besides, a few weeks later Valve somehow monetized from it. I was absent from dota 2 at that time, so I wouldn't know through what means. Nonetheless, the buyer must be pissed for sure.

why many people care a lot about the value or the price of the item drops? for selling purposes? I understand that but isn't the items drops are basically made for improving your hero's appearances? that's why its called Cosmetics

i was just curoius how much would some rich people pay for a courier than they only see for max. 5 minutes in a match. in csgo , 10k for a weapon skin that u hold and see well thats a big price but for a courier , well it a "bit" overpriced
