Kinetic gem to another item ?

I got a drop Jugg sword that has 2 kinetic gems in it, can I put those gems into my other sword for Jugg ?

It's Bladekeepers Omnislash and Bladefury gems that are from Blackened Egde sword that I would like to put in my Odachi sword so since it's the same hero was wondering if it works ?

Maybe the Bladefury won't work but Omnislash at least ?

Yes, you can. The first thing you will need to do is extract the gems. You use the Artificer's Hammer for that ( http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Artificer%27s_Hammer ). Then, you have to make sure that the item you want to socket the gems to has slots to accept the gems. If you need to create slots, then you use the Artificer's Chisel ( http://dota2.gamepedia.com/Artificer%27s_Chisel ).

it works, the effects of bladekeeper is showing on kantusa, that means it should work on odachi

Well I tried and the effects don't work at all but I do get the icons. It has to do with the sword itself I think.

Does the sword still exhibit the effects now that the gems were removed? If not, and the gems are what give the effects (not just different icons) and is not something inherent to the sword itself. If that's the case, then it's a bug that should be submitted to the devs to be patched.

I put with the fireborn gem in Odachi the 2 gems and nothing changed altough I could see some little red color on the Odachi.

Later I took away the fireborn gem and put the other 2 just to see if it's the fireborn that stops bladekeepers effects and the Odachi still had the same effects nothing was changed.

So lastly I put back the 2 gems on the Blackened Edge and also the fireborn into Odachi as it seems that the Odachi sword can't display different effects nor colors, only the icons changed.

That sucks. Maybe try posting on the dev forums and see if they can give you an answer if that's the way Odachi is supposed to work, or if it is a bug.

odachi sword has a default effect and it is the fireborn assault (this sword has effect even no gem present) so having another gem (like Bladekeeper's Blade Dance) will not work but the skill icon will change

Kinetic Gems dont changes the effect.... it changes animation... (the movement of the character)..
