i need to fix this because my shop is going to bankcrupt
yeah literally when i play dota2 but other online games except steam or by just browsing internets sites it seems fine
thanks men i really need a lot of help
I'd suggest starting by verifying your local files, then if they check out, recall if you have installed any other software around the time you started having the problem.
The problem is, that because XP is not supported, many anti-virus programs no longer update virus definitions for it, leaving you wide open to infection.
should i upgrade this to windows 7? or i will just clean the viruses?
pls reply i need your help
If you can upgrade, if its worth it, i would recommend it.
Theres no guarantee you have any virus, but a patch would not "break" your PC.
The problem with sanitizing your PC is that most AVs do not support XP, so they won't find any of the newer strains of virus.
how to verify the local cache in steam? please reply
Sorry, dinner time.
Anyway, go to your library, the right click on dota, click on properties, then click on "verify integrity of game cache"
i already do it sir and validate completed what will happen to that sir?
Ok when you get the blue screen, is it possible for you to copy the error code and paste it here?
ok i will post the error code
