LEARN TO PLAY KID
One fun item after that is Radiance, even though it is not needed, it does make your sandstorms that much more damaging, for fun.
Sand King is pretty OP, he can nuke any one with 3 points into q, and 1 point into ult at level 6. He can kill any amount of enemies from full hp to 0 hp in the mid game once he hits level 6. He doesn't need blink dagger, as you can just q into the enemy as your blink, and while they are stunned start channeling your ult. I must warn that at level 6 with 3 points into q, you must be completely full mana bar before attempting that combo, as the combined cost is about the same as your total manapool. so pop a some mana pots when you are about to hit level 6.
Blink is amazing on Axe who needs a way to get off good taunts. Sand King unforunately isn't the same, you could be inefficient on sandking, and purchase blink dagger, miss a few ticks of damage off your ult then blink to the enemy and have your ult do less damage. if you want to do that, good for you, real players like the maximize their strengths.
