bugs with spell penetration

can someone tell me ,or ask dota "pro" makers why the ♥♥♥♥ did they make spell penetration for magics that are to strong. In now games bkb is useless . Example i play against jugger and i get bkb he penetrate my bkb ,and still did dmg . When penetration works it disassembles dmg with that magic,also axe's q penetrate to ,and why the ♥♥♥♥ do i buy bkb in this game . Can u or they fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem -.-

BKB for magic, Jug damage is physical I think. Axe ulty goes thru BKB, Doom's ulty as well.

BKB is still a really strong item.

Damage type is completely independant of spell immunity.

yeah but why so strong magics can pierce through bkb . And bkb is strong only cause it can stop stuns ,but what about strong magics ??

you stupid? bkb is still about the third best item in game and it is quite balanced I'd say as compared to TI2 times when it simply blocked everything and thus team whose carry gets the bkb first ---> win

BKB only works against magical damaging spells. Juggernaut's ult is a Physical damage spell.

There is nothing that counter's his ult. He can Diffusal Blade your Ghostscepter whilst he is in mid. He can use Dust during mid ult, if you try to stealth. He can spin clear all creeps if you think standing near creeps would save you.

Some good counters though are, Meepo, and Slark(his ult can't be detected by Dust, so thus Juggernaut's ult get's countered).

Juggernaut can cast Dust during mid Ult.

The only person who can counter Juggernaut hard is Slark because Dust won't work on Slark's ult. And Meepo, cause Meepo nulls the power of Juggernaut's ult quite a bit.

Juggernaut can't target an opponent who has spell immunity with Omnislash, but what about jumping to them after being cast on someone else?

BKB can save you from Skywrath ult

It can save you from Necrolyte ult

Considering how these 2 are ones of the strongest ones, we can finish this discussion now.

The BKB right now encourage team play and variations in clashes. The BKB you want is the very OLD BKB, the very old DOTA 1 maps. We've been there, we know what it is like, the game has move on. Do you really want a game where when the carries use BKB, all magic users should just stand back and watch your carry bkb also and just see who has more physical damage?
