How to use quick buy.

On videos of Dota I see people click an item (I don't know with what keys) and the items needed to make it appear in a space near the shop button (and are removed when you buy them). Could someone please tell me how to do this? Also, how do you make items like tp scrolls stay in there permanent? Thanks. =)

TP scrolls are always permanent.

Depends if your hand is close to the shift key. But that split second could mean the moment between life and death, win or lose, 6k mmr or 5k mmr!!!!!!!!!!!

after you have the items in the quick buy slot you can use a hotkey to quickly buy everything you can afford, like right before you die

TPs come default in the quickbuy tab. You can just add a salve to the list.

However the tab was put there to allow you to build your item piece-by-piece without having to open the shop tab.
